Responsible for maintaining upkeep and safety of the boat storage and dock area and enforcement of the covenants associated with these.
Boat slips may not be transferred when a property is sold. There is a waiting list and the new owner should put their request into the boatchair.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GATE TO BOAT RAMP SHOULD BE LOCKED. WHEN THE GATE NEEDS TO BE UNLOCKED THE LOCK SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE HASP IN THE LOCKED POSITION.
