February 2007 minutes:

Meeting was held at Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church. The board and 16 residents were in attendance. The meeting was presided over by Zachary Ross, President.

Old Business

• New Boat Dock built '06
• Painted Mailboxes and Street Signs

New Business

• Landscaping

• Islands in subdivision have been cleaned up
• Bob Friarson and David Ballentine have volunteered to be on the Landscape Committee
• Mr. Friarson will give advice as to replanting and possibly irrigating the islands

  Boat Storage

• Boat storage area will be expanded by 35ft. toward the back of the existing space, parallel with Yachting Rd.
  • there will be some fencing replaced in the process
• the dock/ramp area will be secured by a gate across the driveway with a lock. Scott White reported this by email
  • to the President. The type of lock has not been decided upon as of this meeting.

  Concerns

• dead trees in last island on Secret Cove Drive: Zach Ross will contact maintenance crew
• lack of lighting at boat dock: Scott White will deliver research on the cost
• pool in subdivision: Scott White will present report at next board meeting
• use of soccer field for team oriented sports: Brent Mackie to research and report at next meeting
