Annual Meeting

The Meeting was attended by approximately 40 neighbors,President-William Floyd,Treasurer-Ingrid Talwin,Secretary-Lisa McAfee,Jennifer Felkel-Social Chair,Scott White-Boating Chair,Judy Gallagher-Crime Watch Chair,Lisa McAfee-Website

Meeting was opened with a blessing by William Floyd and then everyone enjoyed pizza,sodas, and brownies. A socializing period followed.

Presidents' Report

-accomplishments and completed projects of the last year

-new subdivision and it's impact on our neighborhood

-issues concerning pets

  • encroaching on neighbors property
  • property damage
  • unleashed animals roaming
  • pets threatening walkers and even biting

This is very serious and we must all do our part to remain lawful and neighborly

Committee Reports

Website committee - presented a short skit to enlist more homeowners to sign up and contribute ideas to website

  • goal is to have all homeowners emails and open up more interactive pages for neighborhood business

Social committee - went over events held last year

  • goal is to have events listed in advance to further increased attendance and to have more
    • participation and input from the neighborhood

Boating committee - presented update on project in progress to widen and beautify the boat storage area

  • goal is to finish this project and have storage space available for those that request it

Landscape committee - not represented

  • goal is assure that the monies being allocated to the maintenance and beautification of Secret
    • Cove are being spent to the homeowners' satisfaction

Architectural committee - not represented, no report

Amenities committee - not represented, no new report

Drawing of Door Prizes

  • there were 4 small prizes
  • there was one grand prize of one year's homeowners dues being waived
  • there were 5 happy families and great fun for everyone!

President - offered to serve a 2nd term

Treasurer - Ingrid Talwin and Brent Mackie
