Meeting began at 7pm. Those present were: Wm. Floyd, Ingrid Talwin, Judy Gallagher, Lisa Mcafee and Brad Clary.
President Report:
1. There was a question brought up concerning the setback allowance of a new home on Lot 3, Secret Cove Drive. The architectural committee reviewed this and then, Robbie Wilkins, our developer was called and he reviewed and approved the request. I spoke with Mr. Wilkins and he would like to turn over the developer-assignee position back to the Homeowner’s Association.

2. I would like an approval to provide Mr. Randy Davis, an Attorney who provided invaluable services in the above mentioned issue, with a gift certificate from the Association as a thank you for his efforts. The amount and type will be discussed with Treasurer.

3. There has been an ongoing concern over management of the “eyebrow” areas of property throughout the neighborhood. It has been researched and the findings are that the properties are “corporations” and were setup by the developer. These corporations include the adjoining landowners and therefore make them responsible for their maintenance. Owners are responsible for paying the taxes on these properties and if they fall delinquent, then the property can be offered for sale.
4. The new Secret Cove Directory will be sent out in the next few weeks.
