COMMITTEE REPORTS

Social Committee:

• Not present

Landscaping:

• The dead and diseased trees have been removed from the island by our landscaping company Committee is looking at updating plantings in the islands

Architectural Review:

• The Committee ruled on an inappropriate mailbox adornment which did not meet the covenants.
• Owners removed adornment. Investigated setback issue as described in President’s notes

Boat Storage:

• Storage area spaces are for 1 boat space per assignment. At the present time, there are some assignees with 2 spaces. These owners will be sent a letter to remove their property from one of the spaces. This will create 2-4 more spaces.
• The lock is off of the gate. This will be replaced with a chain.

Ad Hoc:

• Not present

Crime Watch:

• On 8/27, there was a car parked at the boat storage area that had been there for a few days. The Sheriff was notified and the car was moved.
• . There was a radio/radar device stolen from a neighbor’s car.
