- Board voted on new landscaping company after being presented several choices by Pam Clary.
- Board approved Boat Committee Budget of $13,000-this being the balance of the $15,000 originally approved for this project.
- President will review Accountant bill as to billing charges
- The gate is sagging at the boat ramp due to people sitting on it and swinging back and forth. The $1,000 was approved and the boat commitee will resolve the issue.
- The board discussed the billing of the new landscape group as to the "one-time" cleanup fee and how this will affect the overall price we will pay. Pam Clary and William Floyd will cover this.
Committee Reports
Treasurer noted that expenses had been reduced by $344 due to the dropping of insurance on the building at the soccer field
Boating estimate 30-45 days for completion of boat storage project,adjusting for weather as needed
Crime discussed issue of car break-ins in the neighborhood and announced a crime watch meeting to be held with the Sheriff's Dept. on March 3.
Social reported on signs that have been chosen to announce events in the neighborhood, no pictures were available at this time,board approved expenditure. Gave several events that have been planned for 2008.
Architectural discussed issue of pothole on a street in Secret Cove and how to get it fixed.Discussed curb damage to area in front of new construction on Daylily and committee will determine how this will be repaired. "Eyebrow" areas were discussed as to ownership and maintenance. This issue will be ongoing.
